This retreat was born from my own experience of burnout—of constantly giving to others without nourishing myself first. The truth is, you cannot pour from an empty cup, but also if everyone else is pouring their stuff into your cup you must make it a priority to empty it and fill it with Love!

A full-day retreat featuring six transformational workshops, healing modalities, and holistic wisdom to nourish your mind, body, and soul. You will experience:

• Yin Yoga & Sound Bath – A gentle, restorative practice with crystal healing bowls to align your chakras.

• Superfood Alchemy & Cacao Ceremony – Explore plant medicine and the power of natural healing with Juliette.

• Sensual Somatic Dance – Reconnect with your body and feminine energy in an empowering movement session.

• Quantum Alignment – A deep intuitive journey to align your energy and gain clarity.

• A healing sharing circle allowing you an opportunity to feel heard and seen without interruption that will take us into a Breakthrough Breathwork – Release what no longer serves you, creating space for transformation.

• A session to acknowledge any limitations created from our inner child taking you to meet your empowered future self to create what we need right now to take action in our life – Using tools and modalities from Belief Coding to shamanic practices you will experience a shift in your subconscious blocks and step into your most empowered self.
