Oh 2020! What a year so far!
Definitely one to remember that’s for sure! One where MANY if not ALL of us have felt total burnout at some point!

For all who have flown on an aeroplane you will be familiar with the safety demonstration? And how they stress just, how important it is to fit your own oxygen mask first before attending to children and others? I have always shared this when talking to clients, friends and family especially parents and carers! WHY? Because unless we have fitted our own oxygen mask first we are simply not in a fit state and we are in no position to be helping others!
SELF CARE AND SELF LOVE IS NOT SELFISH it is essential and we MUST make we are fitting out oxygen mask first.

Sadly with current restrictions we are unable to bring you an in person Self Care Self Love Retreat. But now more than ever we need to be looking after ourselves. Making sure our Physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health are in the best condition.
We are very fortunate to be here, right now! We have so much technology at our finger tips (even though I STILL prefer pen and paper and seeing you guys face to face!) We will not let anything stand in our way to bring you amazing wisdom, knowledge, support and gifts that will truly INSPIRE and EMPOWER you to feel ENABLED. Our workshops, talks and sessions will leave you ready to embrace any changes and intentions you are ready to bring into your life.

Now the clocks have changed and the darker evenings are drawing in, it could feel so easy to just veg out on the sofa with junk food and binge watch on the latest box set and as appealing as this is and I also agree it is important to acknowledge a time for our SELF, to rest and reset... even hibernate! However, it is also so important to not sink into unhealthy ways of being which will zap our energy and wellbeing and lead to us to be stuck in a rut!
So, let us prepare to be present for Winter, so we will be ready and excited for Spring in 2021.
