We are returning to Ham House, an amazing National Trust 17th Century house with beautiful gardens and an incredible collection of furniture, paintings and textiles
There will be an hour long vinyasa flow class, suitable for all levels, taught by Zephyr Wildman and accompanied by live music.
Class will be followed by and seasonal, organic feast.
Please bring a yoga mat with you, or email hello@secretyogaclub.co.uk in advance to reserve one.
Bring something warm to put on in Savasana (relaxation at the end).
Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies and we will try our best to accommodate you.
