We are really happy to be back in East London on Dalston Roof Park.
Laurella will teach a beautiful, hour long flow class, suitable for all levels. Class will be accompanied by live music and followed by a gong bath.
Post class everyone will sit down to a delicious, seasonal, vegetarian feast cooked by a wonderful chef.
*** Please bring your own mat or email to reserve one. ***
Bring warm clothes for savasana (the chill out bit at the end).
Dalston Roof Park will be running the bar, if you would like a cheeky drink....
