Location is Oxenwood Outdoor Education Centre, Oxenwood, Marlborough, Wiltshire, SN8 3NQ
The Friday night will also be for the AGM. Intended start time of this will be 7pm in order to try and get is over asap but still give people sufficient travel time. A separate communication will deal with the details.
Time in will be post the AGM ideally by 8pm Friday night
Time in Saturday and Sunday will be 10am
Time out Sunday will be 1pm
Directions:
From Hungerford or Burbage, follow the A338 up to the Great Bedwyn/Oxenwood crossroad. Oxenwood and the Outdoors centre are both signposted from there.If coming from Marlborough, follow the A4 to a right turn signposted to Great Bedwyn. Follow through Great Bedwyn, and take the first right out of the village. This should take you to the Oxenwood/Great Bedwyn crossroad.
Booking
All tickets for playing are £70. A deposit of £20 must be paid within 48 hours of booking with the remainder paid by the 5th January 2018. Failure to meet either of these deadlines WILL result in loss of place if the event has a waiting list. Cancellation may result in a refund depending on date of cancellation and proximity to event.

Booking dates. All bookings start at 7pm on the date given
Friday 24th November 2017 14 day period for Event 49 crew to use priority booking. Password for this booking group has been given to the refs of the previous event
Friday 8th December 2017 4 week period for members to book
Friday 5th January 2018 bookings open for any and all.
Player places – 20 initially, more may be added dependant on crew numbers.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
