Welcome to the The Tarathan!  This is an epic, high-fantasy Dungeon's & Dragons (5e - Fifth Edition) campaign set in the Forgotten Realms with homebrew set of long-form, interdependent storylines for up to five players playing from 14:00 to 20:00 every other Sunday.

There are two ways to join.  First, with a 'season pass' for length of the campaign [from this page/booking], which guarantees you a place at every game, and a bonus level for your character(s).  Obviously, we're all busy people and occasionally life will intervene such that you'll have to miss a game, but this is the option if you'll commit to making the game a priority otherwise.  

Or, if you prefer a more flexible option, you can join any game that still has open slots on an informal basis when you have time and inclination [click here to book individual games in the coming months], either using a character that you create and keep ready online, or grab from pre-generated options for that one game from the campaign's D&D Beyond website (in either case, bring your laptop or tablet).

Given everyone's busy schedules, game slots are limited to a maximum of five players, and available first-come, first-serve for any openings not claimed by season-ticket holders.  There are open to a 'pool' of 12-16 possible players, so if you know that you want to be a leading role in the epic tale, book your season ticket now.


NOTE - Though these events are visible publicly on Billetto for ease of booking, invitations to join any session or the campaign are only by referral from the organiser (DM-AK) or someone who's played before.  As such, tickets are 'password-protected', and registration is not open to the public.

FAQ

  • I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?

    The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

  • I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?

    The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

  • I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?

    If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

  • Where do I find a link to an online event?

    Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event. You might also want to read the event description on Billetto where an event organiser should describe how to join the event online. For more information on this, read here.

  • What is refund protection and why would I need it?
