Join us inside the sauna for this Wednesday evening sound bath and drift away on the sound of the crystal bowls. Calm your nervous system, allow your body to settle into a state of deep rest and prepare for the best night's sleep of your life.
We will experience three 15 minute rounds inside the sauna accompanied by the sounds of the crystal bowls, sandwiched between opportunities to cool off in the copper ice baths or under the bucket shower. Expect a beautiful blend of contrast therapy, sound healing, aromatherapy and guided meditation.
This session is perfect for: sauna lovers, sound bath regulars, the experienced or total beginners. Anyone seeking peace, rest, stress reduction or a new way to relax. Those doing dry January, creating new habits, joining by themselves or with friends.

I have not received my Sauna Soundscapes ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Sauna Soundscapes tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
