For one weekend only, we're taking over Dalston Pond - a renovated factory off Gillet square next to the Vortex jazz club. We'll be transforming this raw, industrial space into a SASSAFRAS sensation complete with NOLA brunches, a photography exhibition of the deep south, live New Orleans music and a cocktail bar.
Friday night’s supperclub centres on New Orleans favourite produce: seafood. Our tailor-made menu features a feast of unique Creole/Cajun flavours, with each dish delivering a real taste of NOLA's rich food culture, all carefully prepared by our head chef, Llewyn.

From 11pm - 2am we'll have live New Orleans jazz and blues from Errol Linton and a bar serving Dixie beers, delicious Four Roses bourbon-based cocktails and a wine list. It'll be a true N’awlinz shakedown.
We have a separate bar and dining room, so guests from the Sitting 1 are invited to check out the exhibition and relax in the bar area before the live music kicks off at 11pm.
