As the weather cools down and the festive season kicks in, it’s the perfect time to sip a soothing hot chocolate. Take a second to escape from the Christmas craziness this December at some special sessions I’m running for SAMPLE Christmas on London’s Greenwich Peninsula.
Did you know that with hundreds of flavour molecules good quality chocolate is even more complex than wine?
Using delicious bean-to-bar brand, Pump St Chocolate. I’ll teach you how to taste chocolate properly, enjoying the different aromas and combining them with some tantalising Christmas flavours.
What’s included?
– We’ll start with a little guided reflective tasting of some different cocoa percentage and origin types of dark chocolate before combining them with some extra Christmas flavours
– I’ll then show you how to make a decadent mulled hot chocolate (which is totally dairy free ).
– You’ll have the chance to sip and savour, and maybe even add a few extra flavours of your own
There’s also a chocolate treat to take away at the end of the session…
