We are very excited welcome the uber talented Joey O'Hare to our Brixton kitchen for two nights of culinary deliciousness, on Tuesday 8th & Wednesday 9th August 2017.
Joey cut her teeth at the legendary Ballymaloe cookery school in Cork and then was taken under the wing of Michelin starred chef, Alexis Gauthier at Rousillion, both hugely influential times in her burgeoning career which developed her strong passion for organic and biodynamic plant based cooking. A stint on Masterchef Professionals in 2015 helped propel her into the next phase of her career, running her own very successful supper club, Hare on the Hill (gathering a shortlist for a YBF along the way) in Herne Hill. Currently, she is the private chef on a stunning Berkshire Estate, where she is allowed to run free in their wonderful garden working with some of the best produce in the world.
Joey’s latest project, Food with Time, explores ideas of sustainability within the food and farming industries, as well as the importance of a seasonal, vegcentric diet for both the environment and the individual. Which tallies beautifully with Salon's own love of using what it is in abundance now and transforming it into a delicious and healthy plate of food.

Important information
Tickets cost £39 per person and include a welcome drink. Wine, cocktails and discretionary service charge are charged separately and will be added to your bill.
It’s a supper club format with sharing tables and some sharing dishes. If you have booked tickets individually, but are coming with friends, please let us know so we can sit you together.
Please arrive at 7pm for a 7.30pm start.
Let us know about any dietary requirements you have and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. We will call you to confirm your details the week before the event.
Please note, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please check you have booked the correct date - if you are in any doubt, please contact Billetto immediately. Salon cannot change your ticket once you've booked it.
