After months of trying, I've finally managed to pin down Anna Tobias, Head Chef of The Rochelle Canteen, to join me in cooking a collaborative dinner together at Salon on Tuesday 16th August.
Anyone that's ever eaten at the blissful lunchtime-only Rochelle Canteen in Shoreditch over the last two and a half years will be more than familiar with Anna's food; it's generous, full of heart and passion - not to mention flavour - and in a word, heavenly. Every time I visit, it's like she read my mind in the morning and put all my favourite things on the menu, but in ways I hadn't expected.
We'll be cooking a five-course feast packed full of delicious things (neither of us know quite what, yet) and would love it if you could come and join us.

Tickets are £39 for five courses and include a welcome drink.
It's a supper club format; communal tables, one sitting, arrive at 7pm for a 7.30 start.
We'll try our best to cater to all dietary requirements, just as long as we're given plenty of advance notice.
