Once again we're heading out into the dunes of the Sahara Desert for a week of yoga, in the morning and voice with movement workshops in the afternoon led by Daniela Suko.
The yoga sessions will be multi-level so feel free to come if it's the first time you're stretching out or whether you're looking to deepen your practice.
The voice workshops are less about singing than playfully exploring the power of breath and the balance between inner awareness and creative expression. We;ll be using sound-massage, vocal improvisation, overtones, circle songs and games to open up and empower your voice and presence in the world..
At night we will sing and dance under the full moon as the dunes blue, and hold sharing circles to bring the group together as we discover where our lives are going.
The retreat costs 360 euros and includes all the food, accommodation and workshops from where we meet on the Sunday evening for dinner until we return to the village on Saturday afternoon.
It's an event for everyone whether you want to learn yoga and free your voice or just go walking in the dunes all day and come back to the group at night.
It's an opportunity to disconnect from the pressures of day to day life and reconnect with the joy and magic of being alive!
