This course is designed to equip businesses and their teams with practical, actionable tools to foster a safer work environment. Focused on enhancing safety awareness and preventing violence, the program delivers essential insights into risk mitigation, early warning signs, and proactive safety measures.
Participants will learn that effective self-protection is rooted in awareness, knowledge, and sound decision-making—not physical strength or martial arts expertise. Through real-world examples and clear guidance, the course empowers individuals at all levels to take ownership of their personal safety and contribute to a culture of vigilance and prevention in the workplace.
𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞: Worcester BID member businesses have a discounted ticket price. If you are not a BID member, kindly select the "Non-BID Business" ticket option during registration.
Registrations made under the BID member category by non-BID members will result in the cancellation of the respective tickets.
Before confirming there is an option to purchase add-ons, however, you will already receive a free email reminder for the event, so an SMS reminder is optional if you prefer an extra notification.

I have not received my Safety Awareness Training ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Safety Awareness Training tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Safety Awareness Training tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Safety Awareness Training ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
