What to Expect
All Cacao Sound Ceremonies are prepared and facilitated to nurture your connection with this raw chocolate medicine, known as 'Food' or 'Medicine of the Gods.' This will be an inclusive and nurturing space regardless of your experience, belief or non-belief. So please, come along! All are welcome!
You will:
- sit in circle, share intentions and drink ceremonial grade Cacao tea
- sit/lie down
- be guided through a Cacao spirit medicine journey
- receive a vibrational bath of instrumental sounds, potentially shamanic reiki drum, singing bowls and flute to hold and lead your medicine journey.
- surrender to an all encompassing cosmic experience of enveloping overtones and undertones; a deep and powerful gong bath!
- receive 432 hz Earth frequency - cosmic healing powers
- switch off from mental chatter. Perhaps you struggle to meditate? Previous participants have reported that they were able to meditate for the first time in my gong baths
- potentially have auditory experiences: to hear whales, singing and chanting during gong baths is not uncommon
- potentially confront fears and memories / see visions, colours, lights and/or shapes / experience physical sensations / have an emotional release / receive guidance and insight
- be guided and surrender to Cacao love and bliss!
