    After such a great event this month with Rude Health and Whole Foods Market, we have already teamed up with them again for another Run Tribe in October!

    We will set off around 10am on a great 8km route around Richmond Park, finishing back at the store for some delicious Saturday brunch from the amazing Rude Health team and some free Tribe health snacks.

    The event is free as ever but limited spaces available, so make sure you grab your ticket now!

    Rude Health is a London- based food and drinks company. All their products are made with clean ingredients, no refined sugars or no artificial anything! Following the moto 'Eat right, stay brilliant', they make the most fabulous milks, granolas, mueslis, drinking oats to just mention a few. Visit www.rudehealth.com to check this cool brand out!
