Description
Come join us on a photography visit to Lullingstone Castle and World Garden, on 4th September, organized by RPS, South East Region!
We have exclusive access for us to the grounds and gardens for the day. This means that you can take your time photographing the wonderful plants in the World Garden and the grounds without the public being there to distract you. (There will not be access to the Castle itself)
We will meet just outside the entrance at 1030. We are asking you to pay your own admission on the door. Cost to adults is only £9.00 or £7.50 for senior citizens; great value.
Tom Hart-Dyke, the owner and curator of the World Garden collection will then give us a guided tour, highlighting some of the more interesting plants to photograph. Fortunately, a large part of the collection grows in large polytunnels, which means that we can work in the dry if the weather is wet.
Your RPS host, besides Tom Hart-Dyke, is Paul Stillman from the RPS who is there to answer any questions you may have about the day.
Paul will be running a short Zoom prior to the event with details of the facilities.
Get your camera ready and let's make some memories at the Lullingstone Castle and World Garden!
