How we’ll support you
When you sign up to run with Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest, you will be contacted by one of our dedicated team members who will be available throughout your fundraising journey to offer support and advice in the run-up to the Royal Parks Half
We will do all that we can to ensure that your experience of the Royal Parks Half is as meaningful as possible
What to expect when you join our team:
- Team Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest running vest
- A dedicated team on hand to answer any questions in the run-up to race day
- Lots of fundraising advice and support
- Monthly updates in our Royal Parks Half newsletter
Tickets to join our team for the Royal Parks are a non-refundable fee of £30 and we ask that our runners aim to raise a minimum of £400

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
