Get your Yoga High with Vinyasa Yoga up on the roof every week at an amazing location just off Tottenham Court Road.
Flowing, energetic vinyasa yoga to rejuvenate and strengthen followed by some calming postures to calm and de-clutter the body and mind. See my About page to read more about my style of teaching.

2 Stephen Street, about 5 minutes walk from either Tottenham Court Road or Goodge Street Station
WHEN?
WEDNESDAY evening at 6.30pm
HOW MUCH?
£12 Drop-in class
£50 when booked as a 5 class block (to be used within 2 months)
Block of 5 classes is £40 for residents of the building!
WHAT DO I NEED?
Mats can be provided if notice is given, otherwise bring your own
Stretchy, comfy yoga clothes
No experience needed, beginners welcome!
