Another Tribe presents Rooftop Yoga at Netil360
This summer, Another Tribe has taken over an intimate corner of 'East London's Rooftop', Netil360, to host a series of wellbeing events with a backdrop of stunning views over London.
Every Saturday morning for the duration of the summer we invite you to join us for a variety of outdoor yoga classes with some of our favourite London teachers.
Saturday May 21st is the second class in our summer series:
Try something a little different and begin your a weekend with a Sattva yoga class led by Ashley Ahrens.
Sattva yoga is a dynamic Hatha yoga practice from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada developed by Rameen Peyrow. Combining physical asana practise with both breathing (pranayama) and meditation allows the practitioner to tap into their inspired potential and create a focal point for further spiritual exploration. When we ask “Who am I? and "Why am I here?”, we create space to facilitate a deeper understanding of ourselves and our connection with our environment.
