    We're trying to raise as much money as possible to 'Keep Grinner Grinning'. So please buy at least 2 tickets per person if you want to attend the event. You can mix it up and buy for both raffles (Ravers and Romantics) if you like. Non attendees can buy just one ticket but we hope you buy more because it's for an amazing cause and the prizes are fantastic.

    During the evening we'll have live music from Belle and the Dots, Jac the Disco will be spinning some tunes and we'll be announcing all of the raffle prize winners. Up for grabs for the romantics so far...

  • 2 x tickets for Jools Holland & his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra at Hampton Court Palace - 16th June '17
  • 2 x tickets for Depeche Mode at The London Stadium, Saturday 3rd June
  • 2 x VIP tickets to see Odyssey live in London (date TBC)
  • 2 x VIP treatment for a day of your choosing at Winter Wonderland 2017 (details below)
  • £50 voucher for Busaba (Thai restaurants)

    • I have not received my Romantics Raffle ticket via email. What should I do?

      The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Romantics Raffle tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Romantics Raffle tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

    • I wish to cancel my Romantics Raffle ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?

      The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

    • I have registered on the Romantics Raffle waiting list, what happens now?

      If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
