Join us at our first Master Veg class of 2016 to get to grips with the green stuff and find out about life with a vegbox.
This is a 2 hour hands-on cooking course, followed by a meal where you'll will enjoy the food you have chopped and prepared. The vegetables cooked during the course of the class will be a selection of the best of the seasonal produce grown on Riverford’s organic farms.
Those who place an order for a veg box on the night will be credited the cost of the class to their Riverford account, and take home a hardback Riverford cookbook worth £16.99.

Vegetable dips and hummus
Sweet & sour leeks with quinoa, rice and mustard vinaigrette dressing
Purple Sprouting broccoli with four dressings
Roasted cauliflower with spicy almonds
Butter-browned braised swede
