A designer's empathy for their audience is critical to the success of the products and services they design. Chris McGinley is an expert in the people-centred design techniques that can help build empathy between designers and those for whom they design. Over the course of 30 minutes, he'll share what he's learned about the messiness of our everyday lives, and how that helps us create a better, more accommodating world.
Chris will appear at Rising Minds LDN at Shoreditch House on February 19, 2015. Doors open at 8:30am for a 9:00am start.
