Description

Represent your perspective. Represent ALL your customers in the work. This is what outstanding inclusive leadership for the creative and media sector looks like in 2021. Yes, our sell-out conference is BACK - and it's online (plus you can purchase tickets in collaboration with Advertising Week - yes, such a great deal!).

Insight from our Equality Standard data tells us 19% of creative directors are women (when we started it was 12%); 1-3% are ethnically diverse women; design directors at 11%; C-suite boards at 32%. Year-on-year this conference is the game-changer. This day is designed to create the next generation of leaders and give you the skills, tools and know-how to rewire culture change in advertising for inclusion. We explore what makes an outstanding leaderhow to have brave conversations as well as topics like 'what's keeping CMOs up at night?'

Come away with the knowledge to:
- understand new trends in creative for 2021
- see why inclusion is winning at the awards shows and transforming business
- facilitate and foster award-winning work through inclusive working practices
- find out what's keeping the world's biggest CMOs awake at night
- learn leadership skills, including the six Cs of inclusive leadership
and much, much more!
