Welcome to RISE 2.0 - Chelmsford 2nd Gaming convention
RISE 2.0 brings you 10 hours of new and old games to play in, the opportunity to bring & buy, taster sessions and of course the chance to make new friends and hang out with fellow gamers.
We also have a table dedicated to younger players (under 16’s). Giving the next generation of gamers the opportunity to experience the event too.
The day consists of the following;
- Role-playing Games
- Board Games
- Skirmish Games
- Pre-owned Bring and Buy
- Free Prize Draw
- Free Lunch
- Networking with other gamers
Full day ticket for adults £12.50
Our second event will be held at the Great Baddow Community Association Millennium Centre in Chelmsford. The venue has a separate function room called the Millennium Suite. Male and Female toilets, wheelchair access and a bar.
Getting to the venue couldn't be easier with a the number 41 bus route going passed the venue itself and the Millennium Centre also has a free car park.

I have not received my RISE 2.0 ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your RISE 2.0 tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your RISE 2.0 tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my RISE 2.0 ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the RISE 2.0 waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
