What is Review, Release, and Renew?
It's a free guidebook available to download from my website here, to help you review your year (2019), release all stuck thoughts and energies, and renew your plans, thoughts, dreams, and ideas for 2020. With a guide to show you how to set your goals and intentions, and support to hold you accountable via our facebook group (or with your friends).
I will be running an online workshop where we can all hop online together (cameras on) and go through the workbook together. I will guide you through the meditations and release ritual and we can all digitally high five each other at the end! Whoop!
This 3 hour online workshop is only £12 to join and includes:
- Guided meditation for setting space
- Help working through each section of the workbook (Please print this at home before the workshop)
- Guided meditation forgiveness and release
- Release ritual
- Goal setting and accountability

Organiser
Rachael is an experienced EFT and sound therapist based between London and Hastings, UK.

I have not received my Review, Release, Renew Online Workshop ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Review, Release, Renew Online Workshop tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
