For the first time since the scintillating Vallenfyre show in 2018, Retribution Alive is back at Nambucca. This time we invite you to sneak into the dark shadows of the Victorian Gentleman's Club, that is A FOREST OF STARS. Joining them will be UK black metallers NECRONAUTICAL, with more acts to be announced.
So far the diverse metalisation of Retribution Alive has breached the walls of such venues as the Intrepid Fox, The Dome, The Dev, The Lounge, Purple Turtle, Black Heart, Electrowerktz, Unicorn, Big Red, Nambucca, Scala, Boston Music Room, Underdog Gallery, 12 Bar, New Cross Inn, Fiddlers Elbow, Amersham Arms, Wig & Gown, Amwell Arms, Upstairs @ The Garage, Kings Arms and the Plough & Harrow!
A FOREST OF STARS
The year is 1896. The members of the Gentleman's Club of A Forest Of Stars, an exclusive brotherhood of English Victorians, consider themselves to be exponents of their glorious and pompous, at times decadent era characterized by extreme opposites. A Forest Of Stars channel the experiences gained from their numerous meetings hazed by opium and absinthe, occult rites and seances in the form of a previously unheard-of ghostly and hypnotic music, filled with the spirit of the glorious Victorian Age - a harrowing testimony of their many spiritual and sensual excesses.

NECRONAUTICAL
Necronaut (noun); derived from the Greek words nekros, meaning "corpse" or "dead", and nautes, meaning "explorer". The word refers to a person who experiments with near-death experiences in order to explore the underworld.
Necronautical recorded their latest offering, 'Apotheosis' in 2018, to be released by the world-renowned extreme metal label Candlelight Records in 2019. The album was recorded at Skyhammer Studio, UK, and was mixed & mastered by famed British Producer Chris Fielding (Conan, Winterfylleth). Adorned by the foreboding artwork of David Thiérrée (Behemoth, Gorgoroth), 'Apotheosis' serves as a sonic epitaph to the human experiences of hope and faith. It details a melancholic journey through an empty and brutal existence, taking inspiration from the works of Friedrich Nietzsche, Chuck Palanuik and Neil Gaiman. 'Apotheosis' will be released worldwide on 30/08/2019.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
