Our founder, Natasha Richardson has a BSc (Hons) in herbal medicine and a master’s in the history of women’s medicine from The University of Oxford. Having struggled with her menstrual health, followed by an unsuccessful search for proper treatment, Natasha applied her scientific knowledge to create her herbal remedies. Today, Forage Botanicals offers natural products expertly made by her, personalised 1:1 treatment plans, and online courses for empowering menstrual education, menopause, and more.

She ran a successful clinic for over 10 years helping with menstrual complaints from menarche to menopause before writing her book ‘Your Period Handbook’. Now she has a team that takes patients while she focuses on product development and community relationships.

Maii Wellbeing

Maii’s founder, Georgie, is a certified Reiki and Sound Healing practitioner based in Stoke Newington.

After a battle with her mental health in her late 20s, Georgie turned to yoga, therapies and spiritual practices to balance the mind and reshape her life. She often wonders how her mental health would have been affected if she had access to these practices at school or was given these tools to help process her emotions as a child. This is where the idea of Maii first began and it is now Georgie’s mission to promote holistic wellbeing practices in the mainstream, making these accessible for everyone at every age.

Georgie has been initiated in Usui & Holy Fire III with traceable lineages to Usui Sensei, the founder of modern Reiki. She has completed sound healing practitioner training with The School of Sacred Arts, Soulremember Academy and Harmony Hands Energy Healing. She also holds a level 3 award in Emergency First Aid at Work and was named one of ZenPass' Top Practitioners in 2024.
