You’re invited to join us for a very special and perfectly rounded day, created with full renewal at heart. Drawing on all of our individual experience, specialised areas of interest and our uniquely powerful chemistry as a duo, we’ve come together to bring you a beautifully crafted, highly personalised experience which is intended to leave you full to the brim with energy, confidence and sparkle!
Our day retreat is for anyone wanting some indulgence and care, especially those of you who spend a great proportion of your time giving to others, this is a chance to get some deeply supercharged ‘me’ time.
We’ll welcome you warmly with tea and an opening circle to introduce you to each other and your day with us.
To get you started and shining, Katie will then take you through her own blend of high intensity interval training and yoga, something she works on for herself behind closed doors and rarely shares publically!
You’ll then be treated to an all-natural mini facial experience (face cleanse, tone and massage) using Katie’s homemade therapeutic Face Föda skincare.
Followed by a talk by the lady herself on all things nourishing for the skin, tummy and body. Katie will be revealing her top nutritional tips from her naturopathic medicine training, and how to translate these to busy everyday living.
After a lunch of plant based, dairy free, sugar free goodies; designed to refuel and energise, yet nurture you completely, you will begin a regenerative afternoon looked after by Pennie.
You’ll learn some simple yet highly effective tips on how to wind down and get the very best out of any downtime and prepare for good sleep. You’ll then be eveloped in the sensory experience of a candlelit, aromatherapy & stretch session allowing you to find a renewed level of calm focus.
Your day will end with a powerful ‘yoga nidra’ (guided relaxation similar to a subtle lucid dream or ‘journey’) and mini ‘sound bath’ during which you’ll relax into a vibrant texture of sound experience with instruments such as gong and Tibetan singing bowl to soothe every level of body, brain and mind.
Whether you’re after a sense of balance, healthy tips you can translate to daily life or you’re just in need of some love and looking after, we welcome all levels, shapes and even states of disarray into this nourishing, non judgmental day.
