Our Remarkable Regional Dinner promises the ultimate taste of Scotland’s Whisky regions, each paired with a tasty selection from the Ballygrant’s renowned menu. Our mouthwatering 4 course menu includes a seafood selection followed by Scottish Pork with a Big Peat BBQ glaze and a dram of Big Peat’s Limited Edition, and a Chocolate and Amaretto torte paired with Cask Strength Scallywag Speyside Malt. We'll pair your final dram of the evening with a selection of local cheeses. You’ll be treated to 6 drams in total, including aged and rare Single Cask bottlings.
