It is a simple technique to learn and not dependent on any prior experience, you will be guided and supported by the teacher and will receive a manual for your own personal use and knowledge to take away with you.

Usui Method of Reiki is taught on this course and runs for 1 day from 10.30 TO 16.00

- How to give a self treatment and treatment to others - demonstration and practice, including after care
