On the Reiki Level One course, you will learn the techniques of the healing art of Reiki to help heal and balance yourself and others: Emotionally, Mentally, Spiritually and Physically by channelling universal energy. 6 Places Only

BY THE END OF THE COURSE, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO:

* Perform a Reiki treatment on yourself and others
* Demonstrate the healing hand positions
* Describe the history, origins and principals of Reiki and how it works
* Have an awareness of how energy works and understanding of the aura and chakras
* Set up a treatment couch and demonstrate client care
* Identify and imbalances in the body
* Use Reiki for self-development and spiritual growth
* Use Reiki for increased wellbeing, in daily life and at work

The wonderful thing about Reiki is that everyone can learn to do it. You don't need any prerequisites, experience, gift or knowledge - it doesn't matter what age, gender, religion or nationality you are - Reiki training is completely inclusive and is probably the easiest, quickest and most simple holistic healing method available to us. In fact, Reiki doesn't require learning in the traditional sense because it is not knowledge based - it is experience based and we can only acquire the ability to channel Reiki by becoming ‘attuned’, which, is the process of being aligned to universal energy by a Reiki Master. Interestingly, because we all have the innate capability to heal energetically, by becoming initiated in Reiki we are simply opening the door to what we are already capable of. Therefore, all you really need is the desire to learn, time to take the course, and off you go. Reiki is instant and for life – although like everything in life, the more you practice the better you become!
