Description
This event is in association with Parliament Week, and will therefore take place on 13 November 2017 at the The Grimond Room, Portcullis House, 1 Parliament Square, London, SW1A. The event will begin promptly at 18:00 and continue until 21:00. It will be hosted by the ACAA, alongside the Lewisham MPs; Vicky Foxcroft and Heidi Alexander.
The topics will range from refugee family reunion to faith-based groups input in Migration Policy. Our event shall highlight the prevalent refugee crisis and the complexity of the issue, that, a refugee’s journey does not end with stable residence away from a conflict. It is an on-going process that reaches to family members and wider communities and ultimately UK democratic government policy.
