This full-day yoga retreat is about connecting deeply to your true self, reflecting and embracing growth and change. A day retreat is the perfect mini getaway allowing you to get the most of some precious ‘me time’. So come along and escape with Aminta to a day full of self love, asanas and yummy food.
Retreat schedule: 9am – 3:00pm 9:15am: Morning Meet & Greet w/Aminta 9:30am – 10:45 am: Increases mindfulness, open the body and find gratitude with a self-love practice with Aminta Mini Break – 15 minute break where juice shots and energy balls will be provided 11:00pm – 12:15pm: Let go of the ego & grow through challenges with a fun creative practice with Aminta 12:15 – 1:15pm: Organically & locally-sourced vegan lunch with juices, herbal teas and yummy desserts. 1:15pm – 2:15pm: Strengthening the patience muscle - A Yin practice with Pip Johnson 2:15pm – 2:55pm: Self Love guided meditation followed by Yoga Nidra with Aminta 3:00pm Heart hugs goodbye & goodie bags
