This year's annual Royal Devon Yeomanry Association Dinner will take place at the Tiverton Hotel, Blundells Road on Saturday, 29th October at 1900 for 1930. Although this is listed as a 'public event' it is only open to members of the RDYA and their guests.
Dress: Mess Kit/Blues/Service Dress or Suit and Squadron/Regimental tie
Menu: There will be a three course Menu with Broccoli & Stilton Soup to start, Roast Beef or Asparagus Risotto for main course and Baked Alaska or Cheese & Biscuits for pudding followed by Coffee & Mints.
Costs: The costs will be £12 for members of the Association and £20 for their guests.
Accommodation: Discounted B&B rooms are available at a cost of £90 for a double/twin and £54 for a single. Rooms must be booked and secured by credit card at least 28 days prior to the event. 01884 256120 www.bw-tivertonhotel.co.uk . Obviously there may be cheaper options in and around Tiverton.
NB
1. Final numbers for the dinner must be confirmed and paid for no later than 10 days prior to the event.
2. As with all these online events now, billetto will ask you to sign up for an account
3. It would pay to decide on menu choices etc before you start as it seems to 'time out' quite quickly but it is straightforward once you get used to it.
4. Your payment goes direct to the RDYA account and the small fee charged by 'billeto' will come out of your ticket price.
5. Once you have bought your ticket, the Treasurer (WO2 Mat Burch) will check to see if your membership fee is 'paid' for this year and will contact you if the fee of £5 is due from you.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your RDYA Annual Dinner tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
