Do you want to know how to make homemade ravioli from scratch? I learnt from my Italian granny and I want to share her secrets with my London's friends.
Join and learn an useful skill, have fun and meet new people at my cooking classes. In fact, this event is not only a cooking class but a place to socialise.
This event will take place on the Floating showroom located in the peaceful environment of the Regent's canal. We will celebrate the arrival of spring in this special location and if it is going to be a sunny day , we can enjoy the sun through the removable roof.
Ravioli are made from eggs and flour and stuffed with a ricotta and spinach filling. They will be served with a simple tomato sauce. There will be the chance to prepare an egg-free pasta for my Vegan friends
