Description

'The Pug Party' is coming back to The Exchange, Hanley, Stoke on Trent!

If you are a proud Pug owner, make sure you bring your Pug/s to our unique pop up drinking/dining experience to meet lots of new friends, tuck in to luxury dog bakery treats & explore doggy theme stalls. 

Plus every Pug will receive a free Puppuccino!

As for the humans, The Exchange will be offering their mouthwatering brunch menu & drinks for you to enjoy.

If you don't own your own a Pug, don't worry, Dog lovers are always welcome. This will be a pawfect opportunity to make lots of furry friends.

If your dog does have a sibling which is a different breed - please contact barkersbrunch@gmail.com with details as we may be able to accommodate on the booking. 

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING

TICKET INFORMATION

ONE TRANSACTION = ONE TABLE (therefore if you require a table for four people, you must purchase four tickets within the one transaction)

Dog OWNER TICKET - Admits one person & one Pug

Dog LOVER TICKET - Admits one person

CHILDREN'S TICKET - Admits one child (A child is 12 years or under)

Eg: If you are attending the event with yourself, two friends and two Pugs, you would need to purchase 2x Dog OWNER tickets & 1x Dog LOVER tickets within the one transaction.

The event is organised in to a strict 90 minute slot (giving you plenty of time relax and have fun and enjoy your food and drinks). If you are late, we cannot let your slot run over so please ensure you are arrive with plenty of time. We will not be able to offer a refund if you are late.

We are family friendly and can cater for larger groups of up to 5 or 6 - the more the merrier! 

If you are bringing your dogthey MUST be well socialised with other dogs, up to to date with their vaccinations and well behaved. They must also be healthy and not showing any symptoms of contagious illness nor suffering (or recently suffered) from Kennel Cough.

The Exchange also operates a code of conduct for all patrons. Please contact the venue for more details if required.

REFUND POLICY

We will refund tickets up to three days before the event for genuine reasons only. We cannot refund tickets if you can no longer make it or if you have made a mistake when booking.

  • I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?

    The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

  • I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?

    The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

  • I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?

    If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

  • Where do I find a link to an online event?

    Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
