Hifumi will be collaborating with Provisions Wine & Cheese to bring a Japanese tasting menu of 7 courses.
We bring refreshing summer dishes, matching Japanese flavours with accents of delicious and unique cheeses selected by Provisions. There will also be an exciting range of wines, available to purchase, to pair with each course.
