How to use the fermentation process to preserve vegetables (sauerkraut)
How to make delicious Italian preserves such as vegetables in oil and pesto
Learn the science behind preserving, including set points, crinkle tests
How to sterilise jars for safe use
A delicious organic plant based lunch and recipes to keep
Fee: £65 (£52 Concession)* includes a delicious organic lunch
Please note you will need to bring 3-4 jam jars with you to take home your preserves.
* This fee is used to fund our programme of free courses to vulnerable and low-income community groups
Refunds: we require a minimum of 7 days' notice for any cancellations or transfers once you have booked onto a class.
