Pregnancy / Antenatal Yoga can improve sleep, reduce anxiety and increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of the muscles needed for labour and beyond. Classes provide a welcoming space to relax, release tension and connect with your growing bump and other mums-to-be.
Suitable for beginners as well as seasoned yogis looking to adapt their practice.
Wednesdays 7pm-8.15pm (5 September - 10 October).
