A Day Retreat Exploring Creativity, Growth + Purpose

“A creative life is an amplified life. It's a bigger life, a happier life, an expanded life, and a hell of a lot more interesting life" — Elizabeth Gilbert, Author

Join PATTERNITY for a very special day of empowering talks, meditation and self–enquiry workshops hosted by PATTERNITY Co-founder Anna Murray, Creative Coach Erica Wolfe-Murray and Ritual Designer Tiu De Haan, as we explore the power of creativity as a force of good in the world.

In the branching patterns of trees to the fundamental properties of our own lungs – the abundant wisdom and inspirational creativity of nature is all around and within us... But how can we find practical ways to implement these ideas to help us live more positive and purposeful lives – and connect us to our own nature?

Throughout the day we'll be delving deep into these practical tools and exploring questions such as:

  • What is creativity and why is it important now more than ever?
  • How can observing growth patterns in nature guide us towards a more sustainable and collective culture?
  • How can looking to our past patterns positively inform our future growth?

Whether you own your own business, have intentions to start one or are simply looking for some creative inspiration; the day retreat will inspire innovative and uplifting ways to connect to your creativity, purpose and true nature into 2019 and beyond.

"When we live with purpose, we make a meaningful difference in the world around us and experience life fully."
