Martha Swift co-founded Primrose Bakery in 2004, when she and her then business partner realised there was a gap in the market in London for cupcakes and cakes that both looked and tasted amazing. Thirteen years on, there are 3 Primrose Bakery shops in London and 5 cookbooks. From starting with two flavours of cupcake, the bakery now produces over 70 different flavours throughout the year along with a huge range of layer cakes, biscuits, loaves, slices and more, all baked onsite daily in each of the three shops.

James Elliot is the co-founder of Pizza Pilgrims, which started life in 2011 after he and his brother drove a three wheeled Piaggio Ape back from Italy on a 6 week "Pizza Pilgrimage" of discovery. Once home, they installed a Neapolitan pizza oven in the van and sold their first pizza on Berwick St Market in Soho. Since then, they have traded at a huge variety of events across the country, and opened five pizzerias in London.

Stuart Langley founded Disappearing Dining Club in 2010 after 15 years of running bars, restaurants and members clubs in London and overseas. DDC aims to bring ‘like-minded people together to enjoy great food, drink and good company in reclaimed or unusual private spaces in London’. Alongside dinner dances and pop-up events, Stuart launched Back in 5 Minutes on Brick Lane in summer 2013, and opens Little Quiet, his new East London restaurant, in Spring 2017.
