You can follow the steps below to recreate it for your own use. Feel free to "purchase" a free ticket to test the purchase flow and see what your attendees will receive when they complete a purchase.

Here you can write a description for your Page. This space is fully-customisable. Add videos if
you have any trailers for your event or add images for extra
illustration. You can also add instructions for placing an order - add them here
too.
HOW TO RECREATE THIS TEMPLATE

- Start by clicking on "Create Event" at the top of the page
- Add the name for your event/restaurant/shop
- Add organiser name - this is either your name or the name of your company/brand
- Type in the time and date of your event/class
- Choose the address of your business
- Write up a description for your event/restaurant/shop and add some images if you like
- Choose the Event type /Category - this helps your event to get discovered on Billetto among other similar events
- You can also add up to 3 tags to increase discovery
- For this page, you will likely want to have multiple Paid Ticket Types allowing your customers to choose between your different products. During the order the customer can decide the quantity. Please remember to add quantity. You can add individual ticket type quantities, minimum and maximum per orders and a total overall ticket capacity.
- Add an image to illustrate your event and show off your products. If you don't have an image handy, simply search for one in our free built-in image library.
- You're ready to publish your page!

EXTRA SETTINGS
Once you have
published the main page for your event, there are a few customisations
you can add to achieve
the example in this template.
Change the name on the button
By default, the name of the Billetto event page button is "Get Tickets". You can change it to Place Order in a few clicks.
- Go to My Events
- Click Manage on the event page
- Navigate to Customisation & Design
- Choose Event Page. Here you can change the text on the button. Pick Place Order to recreate this template.
Add custom text to order confirmation email & page
In
this event template, we have included an additional order & email
confirmation text to let the customers know some additional information. This is perfect if you need to let customers know for example, delivery time. To do this:
- Go to My Events
- Click Manage on the event page
- Navigate to Customisation & Design
- Choose Tickets & Orders. Here
you can add an additional message that is going to appear on the order
confirmation email. If you want this to appear on the order confirmation
page too, just tick Include on the order confirmation page & click Save
Add a custom booking question for participants
If
you would like to collect extra information about your participants
(fx. The delivery address of your product or if they have any allergies) you can do so
with Booking Questions.
- Go to My Events
- Click Manage on the event page
- Navigate to Customisation & Design
- Choose Booking Questions.
- Here
you can check the box that says "Collect address details of customers" or create your own questions that your participants have to answer before
they complete a purchase (there's also an option to ask these questions
after the purchase). Just follow the template to create a question. You
can also simply follow this guide to adding additional booking questions.
Now you can add the link to this page in your online class description, or make it a part of your Facebook event, Instagram profile description & other promotional tools.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event. You might also want to read the event description on Billetto where an event organiser should describe how to join the event online. For more information on this, read here.
