POC21 is an international innovation community, that started as an innovation camp.
The camp brought together 100+ makers, designers, engineers, scientists and geeks. In late summer 2015, they joined forces in a stunning French castle to prototype a fossil free, zero waste society. The ultimate goal was to overcome the destructive consumer culture and make open-source, sustainable products the new normal. Over the course of 5 weeks they developed 12 sustainable lifestyle technologies and built an international community of innovators and supporters, that continues to grow.
Together with Justyna and Jennifer, from the POC21 core team, we will discover more about this huge project, its backstage, achievements and future evolution.
This documentary is for everybody! Makers, designers, engineers, architects, scientists.

I have not received my POC 21 - The Documentary ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your POC 21 - The Documentary tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your POC 21 - The Documentary tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my POC 21 - The Documentary ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
