Part Four of Platterform’s Sea Adventure Series takes the culinary crusaders full steam across the Indian Ocean to the beautiful islands of the Seychelles where they meet a heady mix of Indian, Oriental and Creole cultures brimming with lots of exciting flavours.

With most of its islands outside of the cyclone belt, it is almost as if the Seychelles were designed deliberately for all types of fishermen, offering year round fishing in over 1.4 million km² of some of the richest fishing grounds on the planet…

Handing over the catch of the day to the kitchen team, Platterform are delighted to have on board 'VinnGoute Seychelles Kitchen' who will take command of the galley to prepare a tropical seafood treat including two of the Seychelles most prized fish- the Bourgeois Red Snapper and the King Fish.

To complete their offering, signatures such as the VinnGoute curried goat, Piman For chilli sauce, papaya & carrot chutney and a generous portion of saffron rice are added to the mix for a dinner bursting with flavour and spices.

VinnGoute (Come and Taste in Kreol) have been taking London’s street food scene by storm, featuring regularly at KERB and Street Feast and winning the praise of major news publications and food writers, including the Huffington Post who voted them Best Street Food in London last summer!

  • I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?

    The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

  • I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?

    The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.   • I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?

    If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
