    Want to train with one of London’s top personal trainers? Well, you’ve come to the right place.

    On Saturday 16 April we’ll be teaming up with super trainer Hollie Grant, founder of The Model Method and named as one of the top 10 trainers in London by the Evening Standard. The Model Method is part of a new breed of innovative super-workouts hitting the capital, raising the bar for fitness classes across town.

    Join us for an intense combination of Pilates and HIIT that will leave you sweaty, energised and super strong! Pairing the fat burning power of HIIT with the toning of Pilates you will feel muscles you never knew existed whilst strengthening your heart and mind.

    Aside from being great fun, the class burns between 500 and 800 calories and is ideal for those wanting to see a marked difference in body shape. It’s strenuous and demanding, but what you put in you get out and the results speak for themselves: slimming of the legs and arms,toning of the stomach and the abdominal region, improved posture, reduced body fat, and a generally leaner physique.

    After class, we'll be treating you to delicious post-workout mini afternoon tea, served by Maple & Fitz, so you'll leave with a satisfied and happy mind, body and soul. There will be a short Q & A with Hollie and Adria Wu (founder of Maple & Fitz) about how to be your happiest, strongest and healthiest self.

    ABOUT HOLLIE

    Hollie Grant is an award winning STOTT Reformer and Mat Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer specialising in Body Transformations.

    She is the creator of the much-hyped workout technique 'The Model Method' - An innovative, results-driven workout that combines HIIT, body-sculpting Reformer Pilates and metabolism boosting weight training.

    Hollie first became interested in Pilates when training for her hardest charity event to date. Running 7 marathons in 7 days, Hollie found that Pilates not only helped with her training but completely changed her body shape for the better.

    After having worked with some of the best bodies in London through her demanding reformer Pilates classes and 1:1 sessions, and through detailed nutritional and exercise based research Hollie realised that through a combination of different fitness disciplines results could be gained far faster than by solely using one method of training. From this ‘The Model Method’ was born.

      The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes.
