Description

Sensory Session for ASD and other sensory needs children.  This is a private ticket only event and those without a ticket will not be permitted to enter.

Siblings are allowed to attend, however they must have their own ticket.

ONLY PURCHASE TICKETS FOR SENSORY NEEDS CHILDREN AND SIBLINGS AGED 1-12.  DO NOT GET TICKETS FOR ADULTS OR NON-WALKERS.

Normal entry fees apply and the number of spaces is strictly limited.

MAKE SURE TO PURCHASE TICKETS FOR THE CORRECT AGE OF EACH CHILD, TO SAVE EMBARRASSMENT UP ARRIVAL.

Tickets purchased on this site will have a booking fee added.  Tickets bought at our front desk or over the telephone will not have any booking fee.

In the event of cancellation in advance of the event the ticket will be carried to the next event, at no additional cost.  Each ticket can only be carried once.

Cancellation must be carried out by calling us on 028 3833 1114 IN ADVANCE OF THE EVENT START TIME in order to carry them to the next event. Calls can only be taken during normal opening hours or from 11am on the morning of each event.  Event tickets that are not cancelled before 11.30am on the day of the event cannot be carried to the next event.

Tickets purchased by telephone will be held by us and can be claimed at the time of arrival at the event.

The kitchen will be available for hot food orders from 12.30pm.

  • I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?

    The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

  • I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?

    The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.   • I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?

    If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

    Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
