Are you struggling with poor mental wellbeing, mental illness or drug or alcohol misuse? Come along to our drop in sessions and chat with peer supporters and others who share some of your lived experience. We know that peer support can help to make sense of what you are feeling and can provide a safe space where you can discuss the issues you are facing in a non-judgemental space where everyone is welcomed.
Peer Support is a values based practice with a clear framework delivered by people trained to support others as they move into and through recovery. Peer support focuses on Connection, Hope, Identity, Mutuality and Empowerment as we work together to support each other on our recovery journey.
