Lucinda's style of yoga is a strong, playful and down to earth form of vinyasa flow with a focus on alignment. Drawn to different styles of yoga over the years, both for the physical practice and the headspace, she's keen to help people improve their body awareness - connecting better the physical body and the mind, increasing flexibility, stamina and strength, creating space and building balance on a number of levels.
Suitable for all levels, especially beginners.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of the class.
