Welcome back this months Parent Portal is all things First Aid getting you ready for the Summer Holidays. Whether stay-cationing or going abroad keep your children safe this Summer with our own Paediatric first aid course.
Morning Session: 10 - 12am: Going on holiday is a fun time with children but should they become ill or need medical assistance you need to know how to get help quickly especially if you don't speak the language. Come learn something useful with Elaine's Music with Mummy, The Childcare Partnership and Xcite Training. We will concentrate in the morning session on safe holiday tips, signs and symptoms of a sick baby or child, how and where to get help and should the unspeakable happen how to perform resuscitation on a baby or child.
Afternoon Session: After a short lunch break we will look at choking and bumped heads as well as how to keep baby/child safe in the sunshine.
As always time permitting Wendy and Claire are on hand for breastfeeding/sleep advice for all.
Don't forget the amazing refreshments, free parking and child friendly relaxed atmosphere.
Why not bring a packed lunch and stay all day.
Wendy Ross and Elaine Bielby will be on hand to sooth little fretful children and distract your toddlers with toys in an adjoining room but this is a gentle minding service not a full creche facility, any child too upset will return to mum and no parents may leave the premises during the sessions without their children. Thank you.

I have not received my Parent Portal ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Parent Portal tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Parent Portal tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Parent Portal ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the Parent Portal waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event. You might also want to read the event description on Billetto where an event organiser should describe how to join the Parent Portal event online. For more information on this, read here.
