My Palestinian Supperclub will take you on a journey through time of recipes that have been passed down from many generations.
Dishes are exotic, and most of all flavoursome with a great variety from the delicious starters, earthy main courses, all the way to the fragrant dessert.

What you get:
A complimentary cocktail of Prosecco Orange blossom and mint. You may also bring your own wine.
A selection of starters and dips ranging from Charred aubergines with chilli and pomegranate, Creamy warm cumin chickpea with sesame bread, and a tangy sumac heirloom tomato salad. All served with homemade sesame bread.
You next courses will be a delicious 'za'atar chicken' served on a freekeh salad, followed by 'Kubbeh Bil saniyeh' served with a chilli aubergine dip. Finally your main course will be a traditional national dish of Palestine, 'Sayyadieyh'. A cumin infused fish and rice dish with tangy tahini sauce.
To finish off your meal we will have 'M'tabak', a light, crisp, sweet and salted halloumi pastry drizzled in lemon sugar syrup and dried roses.
